Shipping

All Soulland orders are shipped with UPS, DHL, GLS, or FedEx.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Dispatch

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 13:00 (1 pm) CET ship the same day.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delays may occur during sales, busy periods, public holidays, or severe weather.

Delivery Times

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of world: 6–12 working days

  • International orders usually arrive within 1–10 days from your shipping confirmation (varies by destination and customs).

Customs & Remote Areas

  • Additional transit time may occur for offshore islands.

  • Soulland cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Customs.

Returns

Changed your mind? No problem — you can return items by following the steps below.

Before You Return

  • Items must be in perfect condition: unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.

  • Hats and caps must be returned in a box (to avoid being squashed).

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.

How to Return

  1. Place the product in a shipping box or protective bag (hats/caps in a box).

  2. Enclose the original sales receipt.

  3. Include the return note. If you didn’t receive one, add a note with name, email, and order number.

  4. Ship to:

    Please note: we don’t accept deliveries to access points.

Exchanges

  • Please place a new order for the item you want instead. We’ll refund the original once processed.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return after receipt.

  • You’ll receive a return confirmation email once completed.

  • The return and financial responsibility are yours until the package reaches Soulland and you have a delivery confirmation.
