All Soulland orders are shipped with UPS or DHL

Tracking number is provided with the shipping confirmation e-mail, so you can follow your order until it is delivered.

We strive to offer the best and fastest possible service and dispatch goods on working days. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Delays may be experienced during sales and public holidays. All orders are shipped via DHL or UPS.

The following shipping charges will be added to your order:

  • Europe: From 12€
  • Outside Europe: From 20€

International orders will be delivered within 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail as quick as possible and latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods, public holidays and severe weather conditions.


Additional transit time may occur when shipping to offshore islands. Soulland cannot accept responsibility for orders that are delayed in Customs.

If you change your mind about an item please follow these instructions:

- Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape.

- Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteria:

Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.

Remember to fill out the return note. If you didn’t receive one, please add a note with name, email and order number

The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches Soulland and it is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please place a new order if you want to exchange an item. 

We’ll process your refund by the same method you used to pay with. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for us to complete your return. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
