Shipping
All orders are dispatched via UPS, DHL, GLS, or FedEx.
A tracking link will be emailed once your order ships.
Dispatch Schedule
• Orders placed Monday–Friday before 13:00 (1 PM) CET ship the same day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or public holidays ship the next business day.
• Processing may take longer during peak seasons, sales, or severe weather.
Delivery Estimates
• Europe: 3–5 business days
• Rest of World: 6–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs & Remote Areas
• Additional transit time may apply for remote or offshore locations.
• Customs inspections and related delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
• Denmark: from 45 DKK
• International rates vary by region and are shown at checkout.
• Any duties or taxes are determined by your local customs authority.
Holiday Returns — Until January 31, 2026
Orders placed between November 1 and December 24 qualify for an extended return period and can be returned until January 31, 2026.
Sale items follow a 14-day return policy.
Return Requirements
• Items must be unused and unwashed.
• Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items must be free from odors, stains, visible wear, or damage.
• Hats and structured accessories must be returned in a protective box.
How to Return
1. Have your order number ready (format: EO-xxxx).
2. Register your return in our online return portal.
3. After registration, you will receive detailed instructions and a prepaid return label by email.
4. Pack your items securely, remove any old shipping labels, and attach the prepaid label.
5. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.
Return fee: A 100 DKK fee will be deducted when using our prepaid label.
Shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size.
• Start your request using the return portal.
• Once processed, your replacement will ship free of charge.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow 10–14 business days for processing after we receive your return.
• You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
• We can only accept returns from purchases made through our online store.
