All Soulland orders are shipped with UPS, DHL, GLS, or FedEx.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Dispatch

Orders placed Mon–Fri before 13:00 (1 pm) CET ship the same day.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
 
- 
Delays may occur during sales, busy periods, public holidays, or severe weather.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem — you can return items by following the steps below.
Before You Return
- 
Items must be in perfect condition: unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
 
- 
Hats and caps must be returned in a box (to avoid being squashed).
 
- 
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
 
How to Return
- 
Place the product in a shipping box or protective bag (hats/caps in a box).
 
- 
Enclose the original sales receipt.
 
- 
Include the return note. If you didn’t receive one, add a note with name, email, and order number.

The return and financial responsibility are yours until the package reaches Soulland and you have a delivery confirmation.
